Why Harnessora exists
In many wire harness shops, the same engineering information is re-entered into each downstream document — the BOM spreadsheet, the cut list, the formboard artwork, the instructions, the test sheet. Each re-entry is a chance for documents to drift apart from each other and from the drawing the customer approved.
Harnessora is built around the opposite idea: the engineer draws once, and every downstream document derives from that drawing. The software appears at one stage — Generate — and the people around it do the work it supports.
What it is, and is not
Harnessora is wire harness design software. It is not an ERP, MES, or scheduling system, and this site does not claim those capabilities. Its confirmed scope is the five outputs generated from the harness drawing: digital work instructions, the instant quote, the bill of materials, the formboard, and the wire cut list.
